Recording and releasing music responsibly requires clarity.

This agreement exists to protect artists, protect the studio, and avoid misunderstandings later.

All audio and video recorded inside Black Sand Studio or Black Sand Brewery is owned by the studio. This does not affect your songwriting or publishing rights.

Selected sessions may be released on YouTube, social media, or streaming platforms.
These releases may be monetised through platform programs or partnerships.

Fast forward

Artists agree not to place copyright or Content ID claims against studio-released sessions unless agreed separately.

If issues arise, we work together to resolve them.
